3 MINUTE RESCUE REMEDY

FIRST MINUTE: Close your eyes, Notice your thoughts and the sound around you.Gently bring your focus to your breathing.



SECOND MINUTE : Continue focusing on your breath moving in and out .If your thoughts distract you, gently acknowledge them, "Oh There You Are"



THIRD MINUTE : Feel your breathing moving to the tips of your fingers and toes and to the top of your head as you breathe in and out.

This is a very effective way of releasing yourself from the tensions and pressures that your busy life brings to you. Every person should be doing this thing because it really helps. Why not spend 3 minutes of your precious time for a very relaxing and soothing experience that this activity brings? It's definitely worth it.
