FIRST MINUTE: Close your eyes, Notice your thoughts and the sound around you.Gently bring your focus to your breathing.
SECOND MINUTE : Continue focusing on your breath moving in and out .If your thoughts distract you, gently acknowledge them, "Oh There You Are"
